TeamApp

Process to Establish and Operate a Team

1. TeamApp club administrators will create 'Access Groups' for teams end ensure they are populated with the players in each team.

2. Admins will also create 'Teams', and ensure the box for "Manual Entry" is checked in the team definition. This allows the creation of gameday and training schedules.

3. Team Managers can then create schedules for their teams.

4. TMs should then create parent 'Duty Rosters' for each schedule. This allows assignment of duties to parent volunteers, notifications, reminders and reporting on who has volunteered.

5. The 'Access Group' relevant to your team created by the club TeamApp administrators to ensure only the members in the group can be assigned for duties the team schedules.

6. Work with the club TeamApp administrators to add or remove players from the access group associated with a team.
